Chorizo

Sometimes we just crave food from south of the border. My friend Jack found a brand of chorizo that does not contain nitrates or gluten products.

The recipe is simple:

Take the roll of chorizo (The one he used was from HEB. It has Natural written really big on the tube.) Cook for about 8 mins, add desired amount of eggs and TA DA!

I used corn tortillas for the shell and avocados as a topping.
